We are delighted to annouce that following a rigourously reviewed by the Accreditation panel of the Royal College of Midwives (RCM), CDEP has been given the RCM stamp of approval!
There is an ever increasing need for midwives to be upskilled in diabetes management as the incidence of diabetes in pregnancy is continually growing!
According to Diabetes UK, gestational diabetes is now reported to affect around 5% of pregnancies in the UK.
