CDEP's Mental Health and Diabetes training:
- raises healthcare staff's awareness of the prevalence and range of mental health conditions in people living with diabetes
- specifically targets staff working outside specialist mental health services
- over 2700 healthcare staff have already completed it and 91% report improved competence, confidence and guideline familiarity.
- can be completed, on average, in 45 minutes or less.
